The service provided by the staff is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff members always available to assist guests. The breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in front of the beach with fine ocean views. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, shops, and bars. The service provided by the staff was really good, always friendly and accommodating. The VIP lounge breakfast and happy hour offered a great variety of food and drinks. The rooftop lounge was a fantastic spot to relax with delicious snacks and drinks. We also appreciated the well-priced spa services. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities.

The staff were attentive and were very good too make our stay nice. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including local specialties. The hotel's prime location on the beachfront allowed us to enjoy amazing views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.

I encountered an issue with overcharged taxi fares when approached by someone outside the hotel claiming to be a driver.

Really good beach service and a convenient location in the heart of Copacabana. The staff at the concierge desk were really nice too help us experience the best of Carnaval. a great stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding area. the restaurant and bar area offered a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options.

this did not detract from the overall experience, as there were still plenty of other amenities available to enjoy.

The hotel had a great location, just a short ride from the airport and within 10-20 minutes of key destinations. There were also plenty of good dining options nearby to choose from. Another advantage was the rooftop gym, not only well-equipped but also empty, great for a peaceful workout. The sweeping views from the gym were a bonus as well.

There were a couple of downsides to the hotel. the rooms were on the smaller side and could have been more spacious for longer stays.

Front desk provides volleyball for beach use. Lobby bar offers great chicken dinner and TV for sports viewing.

The rooms are not quite as extravagant as your typical JW property in the U.S.

The rooftop bar has stunning views and serves amazing drinks, with the bartender Alessander being especially outstanding. The location is excellent, facing the Atlantic Ocean and offering spectacular views of the beach, mountains, and the Statue of Jesus Christ the Redeemer. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing insightful recommendations and assistance with reservations. The room is luxurious and comfortable, providing a great place to wake up to the ocean view or enjoy a caipirinha by the rooftop pool.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Igor from the concierge who gave us great advice. The location was excellent, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The room was cleaned daily, even though we spent a lot of time in it during the day. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect – just a short walk to the old town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always offering great recommendations. The room was stylish, spacious, and very clean, with a super comfortable bed. I loved the little touches, like the Nespresso machine and the beautiful view of palm trees outside the window. Despite being on a main street, the windows were so well insulated that I couldn't hear any noise.
