The hotel's location and facilities were wonderful. The staff provided excellent customer service and the breakfast was fabulous. The rooftop views and pool were great, and the hotel also offered helpful tour packages.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in front of the beach with stunning ocean views. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to local restaurants, shops, and bars. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. The VIP lounge breakfast and happy hour offered a great variety of food and drinks. The rooftop lounge was a fantastic spot to relax with delicious snacks and drinks. We also appreciated the well-priced spa services. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and amenities.

During my stay over New Year's, I was impressed with the quality of service and the stunning location of the hotel. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, including local specialties. The hotel's prime location on the beachfront allowed us to enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.

there were some ongoing construction activities in the hotel, which caused noise disturbances in certain areas. I encountered an issue with overcharged taxi fares when approached by someone outside the hotel claiming to be a driver.

Exceptional beach service and a convenient location in the heart of Copacabana. The staff at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help us experience the best of Carnaval. a great stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The restaurant and bar area offered a delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options. Additionally, the private facilities in the room provided exclusive comfort and convenience.

Although this hotel was exceptional, there was a minor issue with the Spa & wellness centre being closed during my stay. However, this did not detract from the overall experience, as there were still plenty of other amenities available to enjoy.

The hotel had a great location, just a short ride from the airport and within 10-20 minutes of key destinations. There were also plenty of good dining options nearby to choose from. Another advantage was the rooftop gym, which was not only well-equipped but also empty, allowing for a peaceful workout. The sweeping views from the gym were a bonus as well.

There were a couple of downsides to the hotel. the rooms were on the smaller side and could have been more spacious for longer stays.

Executive lounge team excellent, anticipates needs, makes business travelers feel at home. Vanessa at the spa is an excellent masseuse. Staff is professional, helpful, and kind. Free luggage storage for over two weeks. Comfortable beach beds on Copacabana with attentive attendant. Phenomenal experience - lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, spectacular view. Front desk provides volleyball for beach use. Lobby bar offers great chicken dinner and TV for sports viewing.

This hotel is a luxurious haven away from the bustle of the city. With exclusive amenities like a rooftop pool and sun terrace, it's easy to unwind and enjoy the luxurious atmosphere. The restaurant served sumptuous dishes that tantalized the taste buds. The beachfront location was perfect for beach lovers like me.

The massage service needs improvement, with the masseuse lacking some techniques. the experience was amazing and worth every penny.

The hotel is perfectly located right across the street from Copacabana beach, offering stunning views of the beach and landscape. The staff is outstanding and provides excellent service. The rooms are not quite as extravagant as your typical JW property in the U.S.

The hotel offers a range of fantastic amenities including access to a beautiful beach, VIP Lounge facilities with complimentary food and drinks, and a delicious breakfast. The rooftop bar has stunning views and serves amazing drinks, with the bartender Alessander being especially outstanding. The location is excellent, facing the Atlantic Ocean and offering spectacular views of the beach, mountains, and the Statue of Jesus Christ the Redeemer. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, providing insightful recommendations and assistance with reservations. The room is luxurious and comfortable, providing a great place to wake up to the ocean view or enjoy a caipirinha by the rooftop pool.

Felt at ease, nothing too much trouble.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, especially Igor from the concierge who gave us great advice. The location was excellent, right across the street from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The room was cleaned daily, even though we spent a lot of time in it during the day. The breakfast was delicious and varied every day.
